I'd second that. I've set it up in our company and it's indeed very flexible and powerful. The choice for MediaWiki is, to my opinion, also a good choice... But what about the newsgroups then? I'm fearing that info will be available everywhere and nowhere... With that I mean, all info might get spread around and the control over the whole system will be very difficult... My 2 ct...
