Do you want to turn the Fox Board into an alarm system, or do you want to
connect to an existing home alarm system to perform certain ... duties? And if
so, what type of connection does your alarm system provide, if it provides
anything at all?
I'm thinking you can use the Fox Board to build an alarm system as it has most
of what you want, can be hooked up to the Internet using its Ethernet port or
using the GPRS kit, and can be powered by a backup battery. You'd have to
provide isolated inputs for the alarm triggers, though.
