Using COM1 and V6.2?
If yes, change the printer to an other COM and it will work.

does anybody have been experienced with AW70 with two directly connected
printers.
I've one with trouble -- Alarm printer (serial) doesen't receve alarms.
I know of a fix to solve a similar problem
