Alex,
I'm only familiar in passing with APACS. It is a Siemens-Moore product
consisting of 4-mation and Vision. 4-mation is the hardware programming
environment and Vision is a large pre-configured Wonderware package with
lots of Moore specific tools. Feedback I've heard seems to indicate the
Vision part of the system has a long way to go before it is mature.

Anyone familiar with APACS? (I'm not even sure that I have the acronym
correct.)
I think that it might have something to do with remote access to the I/A
Series System, but I'm not sure.
