I think you need QF990590B (particularly if you have StyleB CP40).  Please

I found out today by checking sysmonmsg that there was a memory parity error
in one of CP40FT pairs. The faulty CP in the pair rebooted itself and the
whole process lasted less than 1 minute. Anybody experienced this kind of
problem? Is there a quick fix that I am missing? We are running I/A 4.3.
