Guoqiang Lu,
I just tried this to make sure I wasn't having
any problems, and it works fine on my system.
I tested for values very close to zero, negative
values, and fairly large values, all with no problems.
I ran a side by side comparing the result from your
first example to the result from your second example
and they were an exact match to the four decimals I
was reading across all tests.

Step 1: MUL RI01 RI02
Step 2: STM M01
Step 3: OUT RO01
Step 4: End
While RI01 and RI02 are greater than 0, but both M01 and RO01 showed zero!
I have to settle for:
Step1: IN RI01;
Step2: IN RI02;
Step3: MUL;
Step4: STM M01;
Step5: OUT RO01;
Step6: END
Which works as expected.
But "ADD RI01 RI02" seem to work as expected.
This caught me off guard since there are many MUL{ RIxx,ROxx Mxx}, {RIxx
ROxx, Mxx} examples in the manual. Fortunately it did not bump the process.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Guoqiang Lu
