Foxboro has a Quick Fix out that enhances d_edit
to allow one to modify the historian name using d_edit.
- QF990014C for V4.3, 6.1 and 6.1.1.
This removes limitation on number of connections can report on,
adds -h option to allow historian name change, and
adds -a option to allow access control level change.
