I got the source code from TAC for a command line
utility to set the Foxboro time. It is not supported by
Foxboro. I had to figure out how to compile it,
but I did get it to work. I used it on our systems
at the start of DST and it worked fine. If there is an
interest I can send it to someone to put on the
Cassandra site.
