When we need to do a large amount of changes to a getrecord we do the
following
1- write a SQLPlus scripts for the desired changes, additions or deletions
2-turn the IO_RECORD_PROCESSING for the getrecord "OFF"
3-run the SQLlPlus script
4-turn the IO_RECORD_PROCESSING for the getrecord "ON'
This is a work around for us.
(We have multiple get records to several CIMIO's . We do not want to close
CIMIO which would affect several getrecords.)
