Return to Normal messages cannot sound a horn.
Return to Normal messages are shown on the Current Alarm Display by changes
in the text of the Alarm message.
I suspect from your question that you want a message whenever a contact
changes state. If this is indeed the case, you can do that by using the
State Change message option in the CIN block.
