Unfortunately the mailing list software that Warren runs on his server
(Letterip) can't filter on this header. I asked Warren before for this and
the answer was no. And it hasn't changed.

So I guess we'll keep pleading with people to do the right thing and turn
off the #!%&*@ return receipt request.

(If it gets too intolerable, I may have to move the list to a majordomo-type
list server. But that would be the very last resort.)

I notice that return receipt notification puts this in the header of the 
headache inducing message.

Disposition-Notification-To:

Followed by the e-mail address to respond to. Would it be possible to 
bounce these messages from the server before they get posted?  Then people 
wouldn't have to worry about automatic notification.
