Unfortunately the mailing list software that Warren runs on his server (Letterip) can't filter on this header. I asked Warren before for this and the answer was no. And it hasn't changed. So I guess we'll keep pleading with people to do the right thing and turn off the #!%&*@ return receipt request. (If it gets too intolerable, I may have to move the list to a majordomo-type list server. But that would be the very last resort.)
