Personally, I'd have to disagree with Mark. I've been painting for almost 20 years and I have more trouble with Paradise than Snazaroo. I can't get it to blend REALLY nicely worth anything. Paradise is great for brushing, however. It also uses up faster than Snazaroo.
I'd MUCH prefer Snazaroo (even though Gary and I don't see eye to eye all the time), especially for beginners. It's just easier to work with. And, to my knowledge, being the only paint on the market that has a child safety rating, that makes me feel good about the product. The key is to make sure the water is mixed into the paints well. If you don't get good coverage or it's fading, you are probably using too much water and not mixing it enough. If it cracks, you probably have put it on too thick....and as Gary said, most any brand will crack when put on too thick.
