Hi--just need to delve in to the staining discussion. I had always used
Paradise paints and still love them, but found that wolfe, in their color
selections, and their long-lastedness in the pot, has decreased expenses for
my products. I still love paradise...and I had two separate kits for a long
time, one for the preschool crowd at a weekly mall job where the moms love
the easy removal of paradise; one of wolfe for all the rest. I now use
primarily the wolfe kit, with some metallics by Kryolon, and Paradise double
palettes. Never apply a base coat, except for the black eyed designs when
done on someone younger than 5 (which is rare). Never had a complaint about
staining or residue. Never had a person not return the following week due
to difficulty of removal.

Meanwhile, I paint myself every day with Wolfe and use primarily black red
and white. I never have any difficulty getting it off, if you use soap. I
use Estee Lauder Take Away, which is a makeup remover for everyday use, and
it will take off a Darth Vader Helmet with only one wipe (also comes in a
pump bottle). I love it and it is cheaper than many other eye makeup
removers (do not get it in your eyes, it is for facial makeup, not eye
makeup, per se).

I don't allow my painters to use snazaroo on the job, since I myself cannot
wear it, as it makes me itch (sorry Gary, but I love everything else you
do.....and many other products). That's just me, but if I can't wear it, I
can't put it on other people and attests to the fact that "I wear it every
day, and look at my skin."

So, that is my two cents. Love all the products, try all the products, but
don't make decisions based on what you have "heard." When I began, I didn't
know glitter powders were supposed to be used dry, since all I knew about
was aquacolors. So I added water and thought I had bad technique when the
paint was horrible. If we had had forums back then it would have been
easier......LOL
