As I recall, Gary has frequently said that the FDA does not approve
products, I believe he has said that they approve the ingredients and
that a face paint can be FDA compliant. On the Wolfe FX site they say
basically the same thing. On the Diamond FX site, as I recall, there
is a mention that their paint is FDA approved. That is a big
difference. And I 100% agree with Gary that the government does little
to take care of these things, RoseArt and other 'junky" paints are the
perfect examples.
