We do not know if he does charity concerts. Why assume that he does not? This was an experiment. I'm sure there were people there watching in the event someone tried to mug him and steal his violin. I would not expect that kind of concert in an uncontrolled environment. I agree about prices. I rarely attend live events by "name" performers. They are way out of my price range. I would rather buy several CD's with the money and continue to enjoy them. And I would rather assume the good about someone before even thinking the negative. Joan
