It's worth noting that many of these seemingly major manufacturers are actually very small outfits!!
I have visited Fardel & Snaz UK at their factories & am surprised - esp with Snaz how much paint comes out of such a small place!! I also know that Mehron is a small outfit as well & most of these manufacturers almost make paint to order/as it's needed.
