Heather,

As distributor for the USA, I can only make public the concerns or
problems that I have experienced. I try to deal with them in a
professional matter by solely talking about my company. The goal here
is to bring a service and a good product to face painters. We do this
by solving problems, not creating them. I disencourage rummors or
direct criticism about competitors.

On the other hand, I encourage you and anyone else to directly
approach me if there is an specific question that you have. (some of
you have already done so) I also ask that you become skeptical when
people make statements that are negative and hurtful; look at the
facts, and if necessary ask for proof when someone gives you a strong
statement. Please understand also that sometimes our best proof is
our product and time itself. I hope this answers your concern. Let
me know if it doesn't.

Sincerely,

Elena Bonifaz
