I just donated 1 hour Face painting to a fund raiser for St. Judes.

The lady at the location that was having a silent auction covered up the
value I had put on it. The bids were $5. $10. and winning bid $15.00. I am
wondering if it would have been unethical for me to do a buy back bid of $25.
on my own as I would rather make a donation of $25.00 I think then go paint
for $15.00. with the donation bid so low.

Any thoughts on this? I likely won't make a donation to this place again
(Not St. Judes) the place having the fund raiser as I think she could have,
should have raised more if she would have left the value showing on items.
It's for St. Judes so why not try to get the most you can....

Wondering,
Sara
