Can someone give me advice on doing window painting? I might have my first job. They have 5 windows and the lady that did them before only charged them $70!!! First, I'm not sure I believe this, secondly, I might want to do it just to get the job to begin with, hoping there will be more to follow, for a lot more money....and it's for the restaurant that I already face paint in once a week.....soooo, it behooves me to do a good job so people will come into the restaurant to get their faces painted (and I can keep that job.) I think I'm going to tell them $100. Most of it is lettering. There, I think, will be only one window with other than lettering and they want an NFL football helmet, which shouldn't be THAT bad. (Or at least I wouldn't think....lol.
Anyway, I think I'll be using acrylic paints. (Got a tip from Roberta Mandella when she did it.) Painting from the inside, not the outside. Other than that, any tips for doing faster lettering, etc. (backwards, so it will show up correctly outside)? Thanks!
