Depending on what look you're going for, you might have an issue using
pressed powders with runway lighting. If you're used to a certain
intensity, they will be faded-out by the lighting. Remember that the
lighting is focused on the runway area for the attendees to see the
clothes, so it's going to be more intense and that tends to wash-out
powders.

Things to consider: Are the models doing a series or single walk?
Strap lines, sleeve length and necklines can play a role in changing
the the look of the body art design and the clothes. It can also be
covered or smeared when pulling on "top-load dresses". (Step-in dress
- bottom load. Pull-over-head dress - top load)

The key is to talk to the show coordinator and be able to see the
sketches of the outfits your designing AND find out how the models get
into them.
NOTE: I'm sure you have already done many of these things, but I put
it here for those "just reading".
