Most use Mylar film which is more rigid and durable. Some use vinyl as
it conforms better to the skin. SNAZAROO offers it in both since they
use a high tech laser. If you are using a blade cutter vinyl (thick)
is the best option. If it is for one project, you can hand cut them on
wax paper.

Hi! I was wondering what kind of vinyl/paper and protective layer is
used in making a stencil. I own a Cricut with some really cool
stencils and thought maybe--why not? Any ideas or thoughts?
