I am here. I am just very busy right now. About the issue that you mentioned: for me it is a feature that fping doesn't exit immediately on a "network is unreachable" error, but instead considers it as packet loss. The "network is unreachable" condition might be only temporary. I do however understand that there might be use cases where exiting immediately makes sense. Maybe an option could be added to enable this behavior. Please open a github issue, if you would want that.
