Sorry if a I doing something wrong, but I am not familiar with mailing
lists.
Ok, I want to contribute to the project and help other users to
contribute. One part that is failing on helping user's contribution is
the accessibility.
I was thinking about using Joomla! to manage contents and integrate a
mediawiki, forum and downloads integrated with the same style. I have
plenty ideas, but i am running out of time on this moment.
In my humble opinion, using a forum would be more user friendly and more
accessible to developers to communicate and exchange information. The
web-site could also keep the mailing list running and/or keep their logs.
An IRC channel at freenode, for example, would be good for
intrerdevelopement co-operation.
About the logo, I've made an SVG file with a fingerprint and been doing
some work on it.
About the name, there is also a fail in publicity questions because of
fprint could be mistaken with the function printf but as I am not the
project coordinator, I cannot make any modifications about this. the
only thing that we could do is to reach a consent through users for a
better name if they think it is not good.
After the name issue been discussed, i can ask my boss some support on
the domain's payment.
I will shortly begin to port the drivers to Windows operative systems so
users that are more used to Windows programming can help on development too.

Best Regards,
Marcio Kovags
