Hi It is carefully hidden, especially for people who don't know what to look for. On fprintd wiki page there is a sample command to get the git sources for fprintd, and on Daniels page there is a list of his repositories, so you know what to substitute for the "fprintd".
In other words, use the command "git clone git://projects.reactivated.net/~dsd/fprintd.git" and substitute the "fprintd.git" with the project of your choice from "http://projects.reactivated.net/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi" (there is also a simple example command to use GIT) Anyway, you have to have git installed. Alternatively, if you are using gentoo, you can use wschlich-testing overlay from layman, that has all the needed ebuilds, including GIT ones.
