Hi

Maybe you just didn't see the word "needed", as fprintd is indeed 
missing as it is not used by any known project and thus it is not 
necessary to have a user-friendly way of installing it (people using it 
for developing should be comfortable with installing it by hand) :)

on the other hand, you are right, it is just not there.
