Thanks Guido, I've added the patch and now the driver compiles fine. The success rates of this device are fairly low, but I guess the picture area of 8x128 pixel is rather small. Even under windows I find its not brilliant. Maybe laptops don't need fingerprinters at all, as your fingerprint is all over the keyboard anyway. So this will never be used where real security is required.
