land not have frontage on a public way as well as requiring ANR plans to come
under Board regulation and restrictions...
You could think about
making all development subject to a special permit... that would give you
control which many communities have done....
Your work has mainly been
on S. 3 and the Dover case is that true?
What other amendments
is the committee proposing... I worked on 40A and it gives the locals all the
authority in the world again with that exception of S.3 as you know..
You just saw Swift's cave in to the Home Buiilders weakening
percolation rates for spetic systems or trying to... and Bob Durands approval
of a rail line through Easton's swamp....
