In short - we have what was suppose to have been a 5 ft. wall and instead turned into one 3 or 4 or maybe even 5 times that height, as well as being improperly constructed. the wall was ordered removed after plans for doing so were provided and approved.
CK does not do that. Instead he submits a site plan (it's in the building dept) to leave the wall making some modifications to the length but not the height. We have not enforced our town's bylaws, rules or regulations once again. And we wonder why neighbors are frustrated and angry with process in this town? CK has said repeatedly that he can do what he wants. Once more he seems to have proven his point. The Planning Board needs to have opinions from the town depts to back up their rulings. once again all the neighbors will have to go back to a whole new series of meetings where CK openly skoffs at the planning process. kathy vassar tmm p1
