Helen Lemoine remembers the details last night a little differently than I
do. Since Helen actually comprehends this better than I do, I trust her
assessment; certainly her version makes more sense.
I think the special TM is March 18, but it is possible Helen is correct
there, too.

Rene, I didn't take notes tonight, but if my memory is correct, I think the
timing of the payments is different than what you list in 3(a). I thought I
understood it to be that the first $200,000 would be paid immediately upon
Selectmen 's approval of a negotiated agreement...not the granting of the PUD
Special Permit. The earliest the Public Hearing will be complete is March
25th and TM is on March 19th, which was indicated tonight would be when the
2nd payment ($300K) would be made (provided TM voted in favor of the
article).
It would be unfortunate if people on the danforthfarm email list were under
the false impression that the first payment was in exchange for a positive
vote of the Planning Board....it is not.
