Bob,
Great job with the notes on the Charter school. I think this subject has
been taken out of proportion. One thing most of us forget about is that it
will be 200 less middle school students we have to find a place for next
year. That helps our schools system in size and will reduce our overhead
for the 200 students, this incudes facilities and teachers. Besides the
state also gives the town money for those 200 students. Yes it ends up
going to the charter school, but if we had 200 less students in town we
wouldn't be getting the money for any of our schools.

The Senate budget increased Ch. 70 funding to Framingham by $400K
