Re: 1057 Grove St - Last night the planning board voted to approve the Modification to a scenic road and public way access permit for 1057 Grove St. Town counsel advised the planning board that they could make their approvals conditional upon the issuance of a building permit so that the area would not be unnecessarily disturbed if approvals can't be obtained to actually build on that lot.
