1. Adobe sent 5 (five) representatives to the Chautauqua.

2. These showed active interest in the topics, which could be seen
from their questions to the speakers (at least me), and some personal
talk.

3. I have to agree, though that Adobe has NOT BEEN understanding
FrameMaker nor its power in publishing. This also was made clear in
some of the presentations on Adobe's behalf. Maybe I am too
optimistic, but I had my hopes raised.

4. All this convinced me that these reps will indeed get the message
to the Adobe top management. And Adobe's sending 5 reps IMHO means
that they are at least considering repenting. Of course we are not
"there" yet, but we should keep the fight going.

Sad you are leaving. I'll be sticking around. Still have a lot to
learn from the list.
