I am not quite sure what your problem is. If it is only imported graphics you are having problem with, you should, if they are originally CMYK, save them as EPS (e.g. Photoshop images) and import the eps's into Frame. Only remember to save them with TIFF preview.
If it is everything, also your lines graphics mad within FM etc, I would check what your default printer is. It should be PDFMaker (Distiller). I have had no problems printing to my CMYK printer this way, either directly from FM 7.0 or 7.2 or by PDF-ing and printing from Acrobat or Reader. HTH.
