Oran,
This is an older FrameMaker bug. You need to change an advanced
printer setting. Change the graphic resolution to 600 dpi (I believe
the default is 1200 dpi). This should keep this behavior from
occurring.

So far the only solution I have discovered is to created a pdf of the
unrotated image, crop margins, etc. in Acrobat, import this pdf into
Frame and then rotate. The pdf version does not suffer the cropping.
