Hi Art,
That is a good idea.
The final will be delivered in PDF format.
The next question is - How do I generate a PDF that reads the different page
sizes? When I print the file to a PS file, I have to specify the page size (
8.5 x 11). When I distill and look at the final PDF, it has cropped the
oversized page to 11 x 8.5. (Interesting that it reads that this page is
landscape and not portrait, but doesn't account for the larger page size.)
I also tested by just doing a Save As from the BOOK file, but the final PDF
has the same output.
Any ideas on how to preserve the different page sizes?
thanks,
Kara

Kara,
Are you printing the guide or delivering in .PDF format, or something
else?
Do the drawings have to stay full-size or can you reduce them, like to
11x17 so they'd fit better?
My first thought is to create an FM document template with 11x17
pages. Then create a discrete FM file for each drawing, shrink each
drawing to fit the 11x17 page size, and add these files to your FM
book file wherever they're supposed to go.
