You can also use the Copernic Desktop Search tool, which is free. This thing is incredible! I use it all the time for many, many different types of searches, including content in Frame files. You can customize what types of files are indexed/searched, and it is incredibly fast. For most file types (but not Frame), you can also preview the return results.
