That there is so much confusion about a couple of features that technical writing professionals express an interest in speaks (deeper) to what RickQ wrote; that these new releases should be featured on the Adobe web site. I notice that TCS 2.0 includes a version of Acrobat called Acrobat 9.0 Pro Extended, and I suspect that this is the "special sauce" that makes the new PDF workflow work.
