Would this method support the border above and below the Note? If we were doing a manual redesign I could look at creating a new style for Notes, but at the moment we're doing what is essentially a one-to-one conversion without any redesign in "look and feel". As the manuals deal with medical devices there are way too many Cautions and Warnings (Regulatory requirements), let alone Notes for me to do any wholesale design changes in a rush.
