Is there a way to get rid of the splash screen on Frame 9 {Windows XP}?

In maker.ini, change "DontShowWelcomeScreen=Off" to "On". I believe you can
either change this in the FrameMaker program directory to affect everyone,
or put it as a line in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\Adobe\FrameMaker\9 to affect only a particular user.
