The Format List module, part of Toolbox for FrameMaker, is excellent for

find the site very hard to navigate, but the tools are good. You can
download a 30-day trial of the entire Toolbox. After 30 days, a few of the
tools are free and continue to work. The others, including Format List, will
stop working until you license them.
