Richard, I have Silicon Prairie Tools but they don't list the format
definitions, just the names.

the tools are good. You can download a 30-day trial of the entire
Toolbox. After 30 days, a few of the tools are free and continue to
work. The others, including Format List, will stop working until
you license them.
