Mif2Go might do that when conditions are hidden. I'd have to play with it and get back to you.

Hi Laura,Make a copy of the files.Then, in the copy delete the conditions that you do NOT want shown in the output. When you delete a condition, you are given the option to make the text unconditional or to delete it. You'll want to delete it.
