First of all, a very Happy New Year to all dear Framers!

Can you please try the steps suggested here -
http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/error-licensing-product-expired-cs4.html

Also, please go to start - run - launch - services.msc and look for
'Flexnet Licensing Service' and restart/start the service.

Please share me your findings.
