This harks back to a conversation that I had with Harpreet yesterday. I had hoped that Adobe would put this clarifying information on the list and decided not to flame the list with any further posts if they addressed this issue. Just one more clarifying point - The first fix (the earliest fix) that Kapil provided DOES change the FM version number (at least for standalone FM) from 10.x to 10.0.2. . . in the Help > About Framemaker window. The version number that you see in the Help > About window is the same version number that is displayed in the control panel for Add/Remove Programs. Both of the second fixes (the two later fixes) do NOT change the FM version number in the Help > About window. The version remains 10.0.2.419 in the Help > About window while displaying as 10.0.3 in the Add/Remove Programs pane. Just adds another point of confusion IMHO. I can't speak to TCS users. Evidently, there is a problem for many being able to see the individual version of FM in the suite in the Add/Remove Programs panel.
