I ran the first utility provided earlier. My version of FM is 10.0.2, and I see 
on your second solution that the utilities are for 10.0 and 10.0.1.
Should I run this second utility or not (specifically the version for 10.0.1)?

Is there a solution yet?
As Shlomo, I tried your suggested solution 1 and 2 without success. Again, just 
like Shlomo, I don't want to try solution 3.
Just as a note: simply setting the date back to 2012 makes the license issue 
disappear. But this is something I can do as I have admin rights on my PC.
What can I do for all my colleagues that are getting back from holidays today, 
need Framemaker 10 and don't have admin rights??

Also, please go to start - run - launch - services.msc and look for 'Flexnet 
Licensing Service' and restart/start the service.
