Dear Framers, Thanks again for your patience as we worked through the issue and provided the patch to fix this problem.
Just to summarize for everyone, there is a FM10 patch out that you should download and apply, which would fix this issue. The webpage which has the links to the patch describes in detail which of the 2 patches you should apply depending on your product/version. This works for a TCS 3 installation.
