Adobe Pi's character map is different than the Type 1 Zapf that used to be included with FrameMaker, so without the old font the solid, hollow, and square bullets in the template I inherited showed up as question marks in my online help and PDF.
Maybe Adobe Pi was designed by the same morons who did the UI makeover in FrameMaker 9.
