For some reason, the ALT+v+m shortcut "moved" to View Element Banner text,
but I fixed this by putting an ampersand before the "B" of "Banner Text":

<ReservedLabel Undo Element &Banner Text>
<KeySequence \!bt>
<Definition \x137>
<Mode All>>
