I’ve escalated this issue, and have been told that Adobe IT is looking into the problem. A further update when I have more information on this. I tried resending again, and tried a couple more times over the last days, to no avail. the Delivery Failure Report tells me that my message was not delivered to: [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> because: 550 No such user - psmtp I know I was still able to send log files to this address in January. I found forum posts about a similar issue with an Adobe e-mail alias for a different product, but that problem had reportedly been resolved at some point. is Adobe experiencing problems with their e-mail servers? or are these aliases being retired? thanks, Suzanne
