If I remember, you have to File > Import > File with MIF snippets. That
means you have to import it one file at a time, doesn't it? (Unlike File >
Import > Formats across a book). This is because you are actually importing
the content into each file (even though it is "invisible" in a sense).

Correct me if I'm wrong.

If the MIF snippet or some other approach works, you could do all files at
once by creating a scratch book, using Windows' search to find all your .fm
files, and dragging and dropping the found files into the book. Then, in
FrameMaker, select all the files in the book and import the snippet.
